Our Story
Scran is an arm of Future Pathways Alternative Provision - a community company that works with disadvantaged teens. We recognised the passion for cooking in young people who haven't got on in mainstream schools and wanted to give them the opportunity to gain real life experience in a working catering facility and so.... SCRAN. was born.
The Team
Meet the Team - Pete & Freya

Pete has been a Director of Future Pathways since it started back in 2018 and since then his role has developed and grown and whilst he is passionate about working with young people his lifelong dream was to run his own Catering establishment. Now he gets to do both all at once! A dream come true.
Freya is an ex pupil of ours. We said farewell at the end of year 11 as she left for college and to work which she smashed by the way! Then Scran was born and we couldn't think of anyone better for assisting Pete in this venture. We all know Alternative Provision learners make the best tutors - she’s amazing!
